After 6 months of badgering scamming torture from Fairbanks Capital on late fees, not paying my insurance, my loan was recently sold to Ocwen Federal. Payment number one for Ocwen was due June 1, I sent the payment to Ocwen on May 28th. I already received a phone call from their collections dept. Already Ocwen has violated Section 6 of the RESPA ACT (12 USC 2605).
I am a Real Estate investor and never have I missed a payment.
I understand there is a Class Actions lawsuit against Ocwen in Florida. Id like to know who the law firm is. And if they are other victims in FL they want to join me please respond.
I want all the people responsible for this lying defrauding company brought to justice, even if it extends beyond the company itself.
My family and financial welfare are being threatened.
This has GOT TO STOP!

It is sad that we need to welcome you to the club of Victims of Ocwen. I have read the forum related to Fairbanks and in my opinion, Ocwen is worst than Fairbanks, since its crimes are not only related to "Servicing", and is a bigger institution.
Ocwen is heavy in fraud and in deep complicity with other "Lenders", and many governement institutions are purpsposely blind to its wrondoings. Among other atrocities, Ocwen's favorite activity: RACKETEERING.
I am very sorry that you had to ged rid of a bad corp. just to land in the arms of the only one of its kind, Ocwen Federal Banks, FSB. I wonder if they did it to you "before" being punished or "after" it.
You know, Tom, criminals have a secret society of their own. I guess you are in the class action against Fairbanks, you should. Do you have any avenues to "undo" that transfer to Ocwen? It's pure insanity that they do that to you, from Fairbanks to Ocwen (from Purgatory to Hell)
Also, and this is a must: Join our class action against Ocwen in Harford, CTD. Find the information about Kweku Hanson and the case, here, in the ROR (It's a class action in progress, not a utopy)
Understand that you are not alone in this. Read how many posts as you can, so you can realize that Ocwen violates EVERYTHING systematiclly and in the open air for the world to see because it is a ?'s Protege. Ocwen does no hide to commit crimes and their tactic is to never answer so they don't get exposed before the eyes of decent people/institutions.
It is better to know the enemy. Read all these posts, and do not dismay. I know it is very cruel for you and your family, but take heart and inform yourself, act then according to our war rules.
One thing to learn by heart: WHATEVER THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO DO, THEY DON'T and viceversa, WHATEVER THEY ARE NOT SUPPOSED TO DO, THEY DO. Now, since you are in RE you might not believe it. I am warning you: Believe it! YOU JUST ENTERED THE SURREAL, KAFKA'S KINGDOM, OCWEN FEDERAL BANK FSB.
Tom, must of us have families and feel your pain. In my particular case, I have old people in one side, and children on the other side. So, we certainly know how you are feeling.
