Attention Carl B of Sacramento,California I am more that happy to join you and others in a class action suit against Ocwen Loan servicing and its other companies.

I attempted to work with a "HUD ceritified" counseling agency for a loan modification plan. What I received and was encouraged to sign(but didn't) was an e-mailed plan delivered three(3) days before it was to go into effect. This was e-mailed on May 28th ,2008 just after the Memorial Day holiday and the second page had wording by which I would have to "irrevocably waiver" my rights to any actions, class actions either known or unknown including my rights to a jury trial.

Arbitration was not mentioned and the loan mod included that "fees whether known or unknown could be added by Ocwen. Since we have all experienced some form of Ocwen's accounting practices only a "mad person" would sign such an agreement. I was told by the HUD counselors that this was a good deal and if I didn't sign it "we can no longer assist you." When I questioned this I was forwarded an e-mail on the California Civil Code 1542 that they claimed I could still seek legal remedies if problems with Ocwen araised. My position was why would I sign away my rights to sue to get them back.

Any interested parties please let get a class action suit going. It's my understanding like most of the loan crooks are now hiding by moving their operations offshore to another locale i.e India.

The attorney general of both Connecticut and Ohio filed actions against this company. When ever you attempt to obtain assistance the doors close when "Ocwen" is mentioned. We must acknowledge that the loaning industry donated heavily to both political parties so no saw the mortgage meltdown coming. BULLCRAP
