ocwen loan servicing llc & litton loan deceptive practices and not helpful bogus information west palm beach, Florida

our loan was sold to ocwen loan servicing by litton loan in sept of 2011. everything was fine then we recieve a letter in march 2012 that we owe 4944.30 in arrears for certified letters we never recieved property inspections that were never done title report fees.  we over paid our mortgage payment to them every month and we were working with litton for a loan modification when they sold mortgage without informing us.  in april 2012 ocwen started refusing our monthly payment unless we paid  the  4944.30.  our check was returned and they advised would not accept lesser payment.  when we called asking what was going on they adv if did not pay the  arrears they would start forclosure proceedings. they offered a loan modification we applied for sent in all paperwork to be told did not make enough money to be considered.  in the mean time they keep tacking on fees and late fees.  we sold the home before they took the property and they are now holding up the closing because of the  payoff quote which we have requested several times. asked for the attorneys name and contact information and the numbers we were given are to an answering machine with a name. the bank , realtor and ourselves have left several messages and getting no response.  spent over 7 hours on the phone with several reps that do not speak clearly and was told takes 4 days for this information and cannot guarantee it will be that prompt.  we have been trying for over a month and was told everything was fine and a go  there would be no problem with closing and now 3 days til close there is an issue that may stop the sale.  we told them they would get full payoff and no short sale and they still have not cooperated was supposed to have an answer by 6 pm on same day and  when returned call spent 2 more hours with a superviser who threatened to disconnect the call.  this is not a way to do business and something needs to be done . because we were told everything was a go we have packed up our home  quit our jobs to relocate to another state for a fresh start and now because of ocwen they have blackballed us getting another residence because it says foreclosure. they said we have been served foreclosure papers we have never recieved.  the attorneys names they have given are not found in white or yellow pages in the cities the numbers are listed out of detroit and chicago.  i do not think they are real just an answering machine .  attorneys have receptionist who answer the phone.  i've seen the other complaints about the same issues something needs to be done to stop the stealing and deceptive practices.
