after 12+ years of perfect payment history and Great Payment History with Ocwen They started raising my Payment every 3 to 6 months I fell behind . Tried to renegotiate with them But never could get ahold of anyone and when they did they ask for specific info be faxed or mailed to them no emails!  I faxed it to them 6 times and each time I was told they got it in confirmation and the next time I would call they lost all my PRIVATE info. I went ballistic each time demanding they find my private financial info. . then I would just get the run around for 1 yr and no answer on renegotiation. Finally they said on the phone, not in righting . that if I caught up the Balance due I within their time frame that they would help me and renegoitiate the loan. I did it Way before thier dead line with my tax return and They sent it back with foreclosure notice. I filed Chapter 13 to stop the foreclosure and save my home.

A little while after filing my Bankruptcy they sent me a renegotiation deal that stunk. Like tosing crumbs, no help at all. When I was told the terms of Chapter 13 I learned that I would have to refi my home in 5 yrs and what they told me my home was worth and what I accpeted the loan was way off from what my home is worth now. I mean extreme! was told my home was worth around 230,000.00. So took out the Loan for 195,000.00 to allow for down market. My home just appraised for $85,000.00. No way to get out from under this BAD loan if home is never going to be worth  Filed Chapter 7. I was mislead to my properties value and even in allowing for down market when accepting this loan the Value was REALLY inflated.... I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN! Any CLASSACTINS OUT THERE OR ANY LAWYER THINK WE HAVE A CASE IM WILLING. Their handling of these cases is unacceptable in the time they handled them they way they handled My PRIVATE info. I have Documentation of calls and faxes.My credit is shot but would love to get some of my money back.
