Ocwen Loan Servicing LLC They are trying to steal my home stating I didn't make my payments when I did! I have proof of every payment! West Palm Beach, Florida

I had a loan modification with Saxon Mortgage they sold my loan to Ocwen Loan Servicing LLC (payment goes to PO Box 6440 Carol Stream IL 60197-6440) and for the past several months they are stating that I'm not making my payments, leaving
messages on my answering machine to call them,you can not pick up the phone when they call its automated you just have to call the number that the automated system tells you to call. I have called them several times and faxed them proof of payment I send it overnight when I get my Social Security check by money order every month since April 11, 2012.

Now they have returned my Nov.2012 payment w/letter dated Nov. 28, 2012 and today I have received a letter of notification for foreclosure from an attorney's office The Boyd Law Group, L.C. 300 St. Peters Centre Blvd. Ste. 230, St.Peters, MO.63376 phone number 636-447-8500.
Every time I have tried to call Ocwen I get some customer service person in India who I can't understand and they tell me I can't speak to someone else that they can't transfer me to a supervisor and when I did get to speak with someone they had me fax proof of payment which I did. Then they said I did not have proof of home owners insurance and I do with The Farm
Bureau.

Since filing this complaint with the Attorney General of Missouri I have resent my Nov. 2012 payment after faxing proof of all my payments since they took over my loan April of 2012, and I have also sent in my Dec. 2012 payment which per phone call today their Customer Service Representative stated they are returning that payment as well & that my complaint is under review. They acknowledge that they received my faxes of proof of payment and have put a hold on the foreclosure, but the cashier checks they are returning to me for my payments I am not able to do anything with because they have written on them as if they were going to deposit them, so my financial institution will not take them back. This will be 2 months worth of payments just lost like I put it in the trash....This can't be legal what they are doing to me can it?
