I had litton loan servicing for my home loan in 2005 I put a $100,000 down on my home and paid all of my payments faithfully on time the economy started going bad  and in 2011 work for me was harder to come by and i was unable to make a few house payments I contacted litton and they told me they would put me on a repayment plan from sept 30 2011 to june 30 2012 which would help me get caught up on my mortgage i would have to send litton a $7000.00 cashiers check for a down payment  and for the next 10 months i would have to add $686.00 to my normal payment to get caught up which brought me a total of $2786.77 a month for the next 10 months

I sent them the $7000 cashiers check made my 1st payment on the the repayment plan then all of a sudden i get a letter in the mail that my loan was sold to ocwen and thats when my nightmares started I called ocwen to make my payment they refused to take it and told me that they would not honor littons repayment plan i then contacted the dept of financial institution of wa state they contacted ocwen for me and all of a sudden ocwen sent me a letter stating they were willing to honor the repayment plan so I paid every payment on time every month in those 10 months i had nothing but problems from ocwen they were constanly adding huge fees calling me wanting me to do a loan modification telling me constantly

they were going into the forclosure process on my home when i was on the repayment plan the last payment on june 30 2012 came around and i was happy to have my original payment back and be all caught up boy I was wrong again ocwen tells me they changed the last repayment plan payment to july 2012 so i then paid that big payment get an email from ocwen that my payment was proccessed 10 days later i get a letter from ocwen that i didnt make my july pmt and they were dropping my repayment plan  they tacked on $6,680 in fees for principal and interest ,escrow,late charges even though i wasnt late and they tell me the $6,680 is due immediatley I then again contact the the dept of financial institute and let them know how ocwen is trying to screw me again.

3 days after that phone call ocwen sends me a letter apologizing for their screw upand  they have updated their system and i have made all of my repayment plan payments  and as of aug 2012 i am back to my normal payment but the past history with this shady company i dont believe a word of anything they say so i called ocwen today and low and be hold the computerized message tells me i owe july's payment of $3,400 for my missed payment that i didnt miss  and other added fees I am so tired of calling ocwen and getting a foreigner in india that can hardly speak english that talks so fast i can barely understand when you call ocwen the  first thing you hear is recorded thank you for calling ocwen for helping home owner is what we do !!! are they serios what the recording should say is thank you for calling ocwen for taking peoples homes is what we do.

ocwen is nothing but a lying frauding scammer company trying to take our homes that we all work so hard to keep i am going to fight ocwen tooth and nail i have looked on the interenet and found a law firm of 60 plus lawyers that filed a class action law suit against ocwen and won and are now sending checks out to all of the homeowners. we all need to join a class action law suit against ocwen the name of the law firm is lieff cabraser heimann & bernstein they can be contacted thru their website @ www. leiff cabraser.com they have 3 offices 1 in sanfransisco ca another in newyork and 1 in nashville they say they take cases within the whole united states lets go after ocwen and make them pay for or pain and suffering of them frauding us and either taking our homes or trying to take our homes from us
