I am active duty military and have been trying to pay my mortgage with a military allotment. OCWEN will not accept military allotments so I set it up to do an ACH. Appearently, they do not want these either as they are calling me telling me that I have not made a payment, even though they are supposed to be taking them directly from my checking account. I have not been able to speak to anyone in proper english in their customer service (not) department and to even get ahold of anyone there you must remain on hold for, and this is a quote " 2 million, 3hundred and 59 minutes" I cannot hold for that long, they will charge me further late payment charges! I wish to be part of the class action lawsuit against this company. Someone please contact me ASAP!

Because I sense effort on your part to pay your mortgage, here's some helpful hints.
Call Ocwen immediately and tell them to raise the USAO flag - USA representative only - which will route your call to a US rep when you call in and when they call you.
Call your bank and find out where they are sending your payment. See if Ocwen has the same info. Reconcile the difference
Most likely you will find Ocwen incompetence that most likely will lead back to India not having any idea what they are doing. Remember India doesn't have a mortgage system, so they are practicing on your loan.
Don't waste your money on attorneys, complain to rating agencies, legislators, your state govenor ect...see my prior posts.
