Never a problem until GMAC sold the loan to OCWEN. Never missed a payment. Repeatedly charged fees I do not owe. Early this year charged $166 fee and 2 other fees a for property inspection which I did not need and never had.

Sent in an extra payment of $400 which was not credited to my account. Not sure if this will be resolved as Customer Service has not reponded to requests for clarification.

Frustrated - hundreds of complaints noted on the Internet from hundreds of people but still nothing seems to have changed for the consumer stuck with OCWEN. I keep hoping they will sell the loan to another company
