Complaint Review: Ocwen Mortgage
Ocwen Mortgage Lack of follow up with info on home. High interest rate which they refused to reduce due to home being a rental property. Regularly monthly changes in pay-off amount. Inability to speak with customer service unlesss your payment is late. Nationwide
I purchased this home over 15 yrs ago from GMAC @ a ballon interest rate. This mortgage was then turned over to another mortgage company. I have in past requested a reduction in interest rate due to fluctuation in payment amounts. I have attempted by phone to contact them for pay-off amount which will cost $30. I believe this company has taken advantage of me due to my credit being poor 15 yrs ago.
I feel that mortgage company's that refuse to work with you on reductions are scammeers and want to forclose on your property.
