My loan was sold to ocwen several years ago, which I had no control over. I got behind in my payments, for reasons I will not go into, but I cantacted them and tried to work out a repayment plan on the missed payments. Of course they said ok, and kept tacking on late fees that were outrageous, along with Attorney fees $6000.00, and still went ahead and file a foreclousure on me which then forced me to take Chapter 13 to save my house.

And under the rules set forth by the Chapter 13 Judge it is really a struggle right now. If those s****.> Gary
