Ocwen FSB ripoff thieves liars fraudulent billing dishonest Orlando Florida

I had a loan that ended up being bought by Ocwen. The other company was no problem, but from the start Ocwen harassed me.


They charged fees for things then said it was my responsibility to make sure the payment reached them before the due date. I had checked my bank account on line and could not figure out why it took them two weeks to process my checks! It was their lack of processing, not the time frame I sent my payments in.


I got the run around every time I called Ocwen. Most of the time my calls were answered in India by people who gave me the run around. When I did finally reach someone in FLA they claimed to always be right, and that they couldn't do anything to work with me. No offer to re-loan, and I was laughed at for asking them to extend my loan.


After selling anything of value, and maxing out my credit cards making house payments in order to try to get caught up with them (after threats of foreclosure)they continued to tack on fees. I ended up on disability for Fibromyalgia (I'm sure a great deal having to do with the stress from Ocwen)and couldn't catch up. I ended up moving out after receiving a letter stating they were going to foreclose. An acquaintance said they'd buy the house to keep it from being on my credit report. They made a deal with Ocwen for less than what was owing (this included the fees for atty, late fees, etc.. Ocwen had tacked on. Ocwen then reported a huge charge off to the credit report companies against me.
So much for trying to help save my credit.
