OCWEN WORST COMPANY IN AMERICA..BIG RIPOFF'S Orlando Florida

Well, today is Jan. 24, 2008. Almost 2 months since I moved out of my home of 7 years, and renting another place, Ocwen suddenly decides It has to have a heart and help a few people out of this GOD awful mess we all got in. They said, I now "qualify" for a new loan, which they said will put me back to my old intrest rate of 6.99%, but , they will put the 6 months that I didn't pay at 9.99% (about $25,000 roughly) at the end of my loan which now brings what I owe to $377,000.00 (the old note being $351,000). I had to pay $6,950.00 down. I told them I would think about it.

I contacted friends and my tax attoreny to ask what I should do and got alot of great advice. But. Nothing has changed in my circumstances from when I turned in my loan resolution papers last October except Ocwen racked up another $10,000 to throw at the end of my loan and, because I didn't "qualify" back then, I am out renting a place on a year lease and have a $1,650.00 deposit, not to mention the cost financially and emoitionally I have been theough.

So, I decided to play hard ball.

I am writing Ocwen a letter and telling them I will accept a 6.99% intrest rate and my payment will be my old payment of $2, 247.00, with zero money down. They can write off the rest. They will be writing off a hell of alot more if they don't. Or they can go f* themselves and I will file BK.

I have a real estate attorney working on my case. She has had the worst time getting through to Ocwen. I faxed over all the information Ocwen requested (ie past tax papers showing both my Full Time respiratory job AND self imployment income) and Ocwen says it still is NOT enough money. PLEASE> My attorney says what they are doing is illegal. We said we would give them a deed in leiu of Forclosure, take a loan modification, or work out a forbarence agreement, non of which Ocwen will do. This is ILLEGAL!! The are doing everything they can to NOT work with me. Lately, I get phone calls from numbers that the moment I pick up the phone and say hello, the disconnect. This way Ocwen can say they attempted to make contact. I know it is Ocwen because I will call back, and I get "welcome to Ocwen, If you want English press 1". OF COURSE I WANT ENGLISH, I LIVE IN f**kING AMERICA!!
Ocwen is the most illegal company I have ever worked with and it is up to AMERICANS to take back AMERICA from these and other companies who want to save so much money.
