Once again Ocwen is force placing insurance on my home. I was told by my insurance agent State Farm that they have faxed and mailed proof of insurance coverage to Ocwen over 20 separate times in the last 4 months and they still are trying to tell me they have no proof of insurance and that they have purchased a policy back in june for my home.

They are billing over 1000 dollars for this policy for only 4 months of coverage and the coverage is only for 40 thousand dollars . I can not believe these people are still up to their tricks I had to deal with these idiots doing the same thing to me a few years ago oh but then they called themselves fairbanks capital that was before they pretended to sell our mortgage to ocwen when all they really did was change there name.

When is this gonna stop what is it going to finally take.

Fairbanks & Ocwen simply follow the same unlawful script

AUTHOR: Jon - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, August 16, 2007

Despite the fact that they act very much alike in many ways they are not one in the same company. They are both simply very corrupt collection agencies posing as mortgage servicing companies, who follow the same tired script as most other so-called mortgage servicers. The last time I checked Ocwen had over 28,000 law suits filed against them.

When it comes to Ocwen... You need to document everything and trust no one.

My opinion only.

Best of luck.
