Ocwen What is the matter with Ocwen? Judgement prevents sale of foreclosed house! West Palm Beach Florida

They are not human, they have no conscience. They will do anything for the love of money. As thats all they care about . It doesn't bother them that they have destroyed so many lives. After all to them they are just little people. Children, old wemon and men, the sick and the elderly. Where are all those good people that are here to protect us all from these scanks. Just think Mr. Bill thanks to you people have died. just so you can can get ritcher. Thats blood money. Ocwen, you and those that work for you are the worest kind of scum.

Ok been over 4 years now since Ocwen forclosed on our home. After property was boarded up by Ocwen 2000, due to unsafe settlement damage.

March 28. 2004 old house is unboarded and illegal sale took place.

Rented out without being repaired April 2004.

Today City of Philadelphia computer records show No Sale, and In ERROR shows Ocwen and my family memeber as co-owner!

This is the SAME family member that had the sinking house foreclosed on in court documents 1999!

City records show to forward all property taxes to my family member! Records show tax liens attached to my family members name!

I submitted proof of ownership to City Of Philadelphia to no advail.

City Refuses to correct their computer errors.

And refuses to send Ocwen the property tax bill!

City of Phila cant correct their computer when FRAUD is the reason for the illegal entry?

Note that some unknow person(s) used Fake ID to purchase house and collect money for sale and rent since March 04.

Feds should be looking into this if City of Philadelphia doesnt know how to Investigate fairly! RailRoaded Again!

Just send that 1099A form you got from Ocwen to the IRS, accompanied by a letter explainining everything, and tell the IRS it's FRAUDULENT form!

Send copies of all to the FBI and to the DOJ, and to X,Y, and Z (the alphabet is too large, but don't forget any letter- sorry about the money you will need to spend for Certified Mail).

Keep copies for your various records (more than a single personal record is mandatory). Assign different locations for your records (more than a single record location is also mandatory).

To the others members of my family (you, my Ocwen Victims family):

We don't need that form 1099 from Ocwen to do our taxes. IRS DOES NOT NEED THAT FORM! We send them the form and we keep copies; but let's get real: Do you trust that piece of paper from Ocwen Coward? It's only good for toilet uses in fourth world countries.

Compute your interest and the rest of your numbers for your taxes yourself, because Ocwen is a lier and a thief.

The IRS can always understand an honest mistake and they are not stupid. They know when the error is honest and not an scam. The IRS is a beautiful baby angel as compared to dark, ugly Ocwen. You can always make arrangements with the IRS. This last thing is impossible with Ocwen Hell, my personal enemy number one. (I HATE YOU, OCWEN... and YOU KNOW WHO I AM AND WHERE I LIVE...THAT GIVES ME PLEASURE, CAUSE I AM NOT AFRAID OF YOU, THIEVES!)

We too, are having a terrible time figuring out the discrepancies within our Ocwen account and getting NO answers from Ocwen.

My suggestion is for everyone too start contacting their government district attorneys, their state and local congress people, any government officials whom you might think would be able to find a solution OR be able to check into the situations we are all involved with, including the Federal Banking Commissioner.

This particular predatory lending company is taking advantage of our rights as American citizens, we live in America and this kind of thing should not be happening on the level it has escalated too. If enough of us start putting questions to our government officials to try and right these wrongs and figure out what has happen ... it's bound to have some kind of repercussions and anything is better than having this company continue to take unfair advantage.
