Following My previous post about huddasoft i used odesk for the job, now i have phisical proof from statements and msn conversations that i was ripped of on odesk by huddasoft the person i dealt with siraj..dont trust him. anyway after i'd been ripped off i sent all the information to odesk and explained to them that the said company had done this to me. they then replyed ,

Payments are not billed until you authorize payment, but once authorized it is billed and released to the provider as requested. At that point we can not refund payments, as they have already been released to the provider.

You can end this assignment at any time and issue proper feedback and issue a final payment of $0.00 if appropria

which is fair enough i made the mistake of getting ripped off,but what i expect is for them to do something about these so called developers

so what they are saying is its ok to rip people off cause all were going to do is inform them of their behavior.

i said how can you let these people knowing that they have just ripped me off carry on working on your console, they replied sorry we cant get your money back, i really feel that odesk are part of huddasoft as they are protecting them, i also left feedback as well as a rating and did you know that
ANYONE CAN HIDE THERE NEGATIVE FEEDBACK SO PEOPLE CANT READ IT here is what they said

STAY CLEAR OF ODESK THEY FAVOUR ONLY THEMSELFS AND THE 10% THEY GET FROM EACH JOB (COMPLETE RIPOFFS)
