 I ordered a pair of shoes from this website, when the shoes arrived us postal mail (they were supposed to be sent fedex) the box they were in was smashed, the shoes were a completely different product, brand, style and color from what I had ordered, while the included order sheet listed the correct item I had orderd. The same sheet stated there was an included prepaid return label should I need to send them back, there was no label in the package. I called customer service they said they would email me a rerun label which I was responsible to print out, I was responsible to take the shoes to a FedEx store, which I have none near me, mail them back, and they would not send me the correct shoes until the received the wrong shoes THEY sent me first. Worst experience ever, I will never shop with them again and I suggest you do not either.
