Off Road Superstores - Drivetrain Superstores ripoff, liars saying things are shipped and never shipped, have parts of my truck to make sure they have parts and never sending my parts back or any new parts for over 2 months Orange California

I was told to send my parts to them to make sure I got right parts. I was told total time for this was 2 weeks. I sent my parts to them and have confirmation they recieved them on Oct 27, 2004. I waited the time and called. I was told they was shipped out. I said no way because I did not give card number for them to be charged. I waited for call back, never got one. I called again and was told they are shipped and I should have them in a few days. Well I'm still waiting and this is Dec 30,2004. I got intouch with the company they said they ordered from and no one had placed an order. I have went thru both companys now and today again I was told I was being shipped the axles. I have dealt with 3 very indignate men at Off Road or Drivetrain they are Eric, Brain, and Joe. I feel as if something should be done to these people and the lack of service they show customers. I was as much told where I could go from them and they are laughing because they say there is nothing I can do because I'm in New Jersey. Please do something with companies like this so more people don't get ripped off. Thank you in advance for anything you can do.
