OfferFusion - Greg Fry - Justin Hopper Offerfusion Refuses To Respond and Refuses To Pay Bellevue Washington
Due to emails not being responded to since June 1st and a delayed payment from March that we haven't received yet, we are forced to inform others regarding this network with non payment. Appears we have been scammed along with other affiliates. We have a pending balance of $3214.75 for March's Commissions. In the past we were paid for other outstanding balances - payments were always late but we always received them. This encouraged us to do minor scaling to see what they can handle as far as payments goes. Keep in mind this is also the highest balance we generated with them (THANK GOD). After March ended, we waited until end of April after invoicing them earlier in the month. Never heard anything so we assume that we were going to get our payment around the usual time of Net 60 from them. May came around, no payment. June came around - no payment and after several attempts with emails, AIM messages, phone calls, we finally received a response from Greg Fry on June 1st claiming a "cash crunch situation" which was a similar story told to other affiliates. We were told at that time that a better idea of time frame of payment would occur 3 weeks into June. This still does not play any part into why we are just receiving information in June regarding cash problems for our March's payment. We know the advertiser paid them, so where did our money go? We decided to hang in there and go off of Greg's word to remain patient one more time. We waited until end of June, and shot another email out. No responses and then on the 9th of July we sent one email that went through and then a 2nd one that came back with an unprofessional auto responder stating that Greg Fry (Co-Owner) no longer works for this company. This has to be the most unprofessional occurrence that we have came across when dealing with a network who has been in business for 9+ years and being the fact that Greg Fry was indeed a co-owner either still or at some point or another. Keep in mind that this auto responder was only setup for that 1 day on the 9th of July - emails go through perfectly fine afterwards which made it appear as if Greg Fry was avoiding us with a simple auto responder to keep us from hounding him. At that time when this happened, we even reached out to a few colleagues to be informed that this appears as new news as well. Several emails have been sent since then to both co owners (Greg Fry and Justin Hopper) with zero response. Phone calls have been placed and more emails were sent from then until now with zero response. This situation is not tolerable considering the time frame, communication, etc. Even a pay plan would have worked with us or even an updated ETA once the 3rd of week of June hit. We are very easy to work with and I believe we gave it more than enough time to figure out the direction OfferFusion was going in with this. This Report is to ensure others do not get scammed as we did. If we do get our payment, we'll report it here. So far we have heard too many disturbing things with this company that I would stay far away. They are not paying us and it appears they are not paying many other affiliates or selectively choosing who they are paying.
