Office Store Depot Doesn't answer phone or respond to email and doesn't ship order Arcadia California

I ordered ink and a print head from this horrible excuse for a company. They claim they will ship in one to two business days. Ten days after placing my order, the order status page still said 'In-Progress'.

I emailed them and waited several days - no response. I emailed again and still no response. I found their toll free number on the Terms and Conditions page and called it - it was disconnected with no forwarding number.

I did a web search and found another phone number, which was also disconnected. I finally found the above working number. I called that number and got an answering machine, left a message with my number, and never got a response. I left more messages, none of which were returned.

After 15 days not having the item shipped (order status still 'In-Progress') and being completely ignored (email and phone), I disputed the charge with my credit card company.

There are reputable, reliable companies that sell ink and print heads - this is not one of them. They put a full charge on your card (not a temporary one) immediately and weeks go by without them shipping and without a word.
