OFFICER JOHN WRIGHT STATE INVESTIGATION DEPARTMENT HARASSING PHONE CALL STATING THEY HAVE A LEGAL AFFIDAVIDT AND I WILL BE ARRESTED NA, New York

I have been getting nonstop phone calls from an unknown number for a couple of weeks. Today someone finally left a message. "Officer John Wright" (with an accent as some of the others had from other reports) said he has a legal affidavit and I will be arrested. He proceeded to inform me he has my social and employers phone number which he will use to inform them of my illegal activity and I will then be fired.

He did leave a phone number but before calling anywhere I always do my research. There is no website for the company nor address or phone number. No written correspondence has been sent to me. The only things that came up were just the complaints and scam reports.

I applied online for a short term installment loan and I was bombarded by phone calls and emails from which I never accepted any money from. I was charged $30 by one company after they stated I accepted their service of placing my information with the financial companies. (I knew better than to put my bank account online, but I did it in a state of desperation).
