I have nothing but admiration for Al Fields and the Official HIPS crew. From the first call I received from Jamie they were very courteous and professional. They explained everything completely and made no promises they could not keep. I checked the company out on Florida SunBiz.org and found that they are registered as an LLC. They are licensed through the Pasco county Tax Collectors office. And they showed proof of insurance through State Farm. They even helped me to discovered that my home was under insured which I had no idea for years. They have a valuable service and I highly recommend that anyone who lives in Florida should have this service done. Mr. Fields was very responsive and answered all of my questions and concerns. The complaints I have seen filed against this company is bogus and people need to be more careful with what they say. I am a satisfied customer and recommend their services to my family and friends. Florida is in great need of their services especially with the hurricane seasons.
