Mark Busnelli willingly and knowingly defied a court order by selling an unlawful product and service (sell wholesale gifts)after a 2-7-05 temp injunction, made two unauthorized charges to my mastercard, willingly and knowingly made 127+ unauthorized charge attempts to my closed credit card account, and refuses to refund the monies by trying to enforce an agreement for a product and service which was deemed unlawful in the beginning by a court order. USDC #CV 04-7197-JFW.
From one of his email "It takes two to enter an agreement and two to exit. My awnser is no" Don't go anywhere near him or his company (what ever name he uses at that time), you are sure to fall short as a victim. Recommend searching Outagamie County Court and go to case search and the circuit court to see the public records of the pending lawsuits. (public records are for information purposes only)!
I sure wish I would have before that first day.

Not only did they get a $5.5 million fine with that USDC CV 04-7197-JFW, they were sued and lost in Pennsylvania for making unauthorized and unlawful charges to a credit card and 148 attempted charges to a known closd credit card.
They have shut down all the companies aka's/dba's, changed their name, and moved.
