officialtvstream.com fails to deliver service no live support Internet

 A waste of money. Does not provide the services ordered and cannot speak to a live person to get the order straight.  I regret dealing with these people. A waste of money

I am unhappy with the service for which I paid and did not get. I have  filed two support  tickets and have not received a meaningful response. Unless I get the service for which I paid and have been receiving up to last 2 weeks  I would file an online report with RipOff Report.com

Here are the facts

I originally bought  the Football package of streamed NFL games for  6 months at $29.95. At the end of the period I wanted to renew, The site did not offer a renewal of just the sports package but insisted that I purchase the higher exclusive membership package for $59.95 which I did.  The site continued to work as it in the past for a short time with  me having access to the American football games  However  when the second weekend of the American football playoffs staryed  I no longer had  the channels appear for the playoff games so I could not see the games. I emailed 24/7 support twice once for each  playoff game and did not get an answer that day so I missed both games and then for the following  week as well. The generic responses that came the next day were nonsensical and did not address my problem of not getting American  football games any longer.

I paid to be able to see the Americas Football  games  and I no longer have the access for the playoffs when it mattered most for which I paid. I have since subscribed to NFL game pass radio for more  but at least it is reliable which this system is not

The support   here is terrible and unresponsive to particular questions and sends instead packaged generic responses which have no relationship to the question asked. I couldl nit get a live oerosn to which to speak

I have now missed my four playoff  games. I told support unless this problem was fixed that I would file this  report with RipOff report as a statement of my experiences Nothing happened so this is the report of my experiences.
