I purchased the Wrinklesscream on a Trial Basis.  I paid $6.95 for shipping.  After receiving my cream, 17 days later my card was charge 49.00 plus tax. 

This was on July 24th that the money was deducted from my account.  Today, August, 12th, only 2 weeks later another charge of 49.00 plus tax appeared on my bill.  I have not received another cream in the mail. 

I called the Order line and was asked to call a different number, Customer Service.  Seems weird that they could not automatically connect me.  After 10 minutes on hold I told the agent that this new charge put my account into overdrawn status, which would add $20.00 for NSF.

She proceeded to explain that this was a membership and it clearly stated this in the web site.  The disclaimer reads; "There is no obligation but if you are delighted with your purchase then you can receive Wrinklesscream for 49.95 a month with no minimum or long term commitment". 

In reading the terms and conditions no where does it state that my Credit card will be charged monthly.  The advertisement is misleading.  Yes, you can cancel after the 17 day trial, but nowhere does it state about rebilling your card.

I also informed her I had not received any cream and she stated my order was shipped out Friday.  Today is Monday.  No email about charging the card, they appear after you've been charged.  She could not provide me with a Shipping Tracking #, conveniently.

So I informed her I would be seeking  advice from my Credit Union.  They opened up a complaint.  The Better Business Bureau has given this company an F grade, even though they are not accreditied with the BBB.

The agent informed me that when I receive the cream to fill out the RA and return it, which I will.  I feel the practices of this enterprise us at best shady with terms they have set themselves and have not passed on to their customer.
