Okie Corp Prime Peripherals Ripoff

I bought a 56K V.90 Prime Peripherals modem at OfficeMax on 6/13/01 ( I have the receipt). After a few weeks I installed the modem and put in the cd, I got an error message,HSP modem installation has failed! . I have installed other things since then, no problem, the cd from Prime Peripherals won't work.I called the phone numbers supplied with the modem, they don't work, I e-mailed the "tech-support" that was supplied with the modem and I waited......finally I got a response...here it is Hello,Sorry but I no longer work for Prime Peripherals.

The last contact number that I had for them was 781 986-3960 .Regards,Dave OKAY I didn't know I had to run home and install the garbage, I bought it because I was there, I installed it when I had time, now , months later, I have a modem & cd in a box, OfficeMax won't take it back, Okie Corp./Prime Peripherials seems to be not a Corp, but Crap. My brother in-law tried to install it on his computer, same problem, he builds computers annd can't install it.

So i'm out 29.99 + 2.33 tax for a total of 32.32. I want it back! they can have their modem & cd in a box!
