Olaf Gebhart & Assos. PC (attorney Jason Atkins) Attorney Jason Atkins was hired to represent me in a divorce/custody case. He is integrity is nonexistant! He was negligent & careless & failed to meet the standard of protection he promised. He exhitied poor professional skills (ie profanity, did not return calls, was not accountable for his clerk & legal assistants); did not even respond to questions re: OVER CHARGING; has not returned funds! Initially, it is interesting to note that the individual who is indicated as having written this report is not and was never a client of the office described. I can only speculate that it is this person's daughter who reported, yet who chose, for some reason, not to divulge her name and another person's instead. I can imagine that this is due to an unwillingness to take responsibility for this report, as well as for that which actually occurred.

The individual who was actually a client of the office listed was seemingly affected by the difficulties of the domestic dispute in which she was involved where work for her in this regard was made constantly and extremely difficult. This office went out of its way to recognize that, in such a period of discomfort, it may be difficult for one to accept one's circumstances and the reaction(s) of an adverse party. This individual, however, chose not to embrace the assistance that this office and its staff, to their own sacrifice, tried to provide her. Through laborious meeting, phone conversations, personal addressings of this individual's concerns, et cetera, she failed to recognize all of these efforts and, instead, believe only that which she chose. A more fruitful relationship could have resulted if this individual's trust was placed moreso with the office and personnel who were trying to assist her than with the party to whom she was adverse in the matter. Adversity with the office and its personnel, resulting from the choices of this individual disallowed a successful carrying forward in her matter, yet, still, the office was willing to assist her and, in fact, did so by providing her those services, at her request, which would help her in this uncomfortable time. It is unfortunate that persons so quickly forget and, instead, choose to engage in a reporting such as this one. After having done all that one can for an individual, through hard times for such a person, he/she can never truly be helped where he/she refuses to accept such and such was the case here.

I know of the person who wrote this report and know of her motivations which are less than respectable and, to say the least, illegitimate. It seems that she has not only a problem with the law, but also with the truth. Her efforts to subject others to her own problematic situation in a manner which, she hopes will justify her own problematic and vindictive behavior are despicable. This is all made worse by her efforts to have others, in some way, vindicate her behavior through a website such as this one. It is my hope that if she is to influence anyone through this site, that it is only those who are not bold enough and cannot find the strength to make up their own minds, for they lack the ability to act and decide for themselves. For those of you who are so easily and unfortunately influenced, I apologize for your having been so quickly taken advantage of. There is something quite to be said for being a leader and not a follower. It is my hope only that at least one person who falls victim to a report such as this one will have the desire not to be influenced, but, instead, will bother to find the truth for themselves. Bother to stand up and decide for yourself and let the education of your own opinion begin with your consideration of the quality and caliber of this unintelligibly misspelled and misplaced "ripoff report." Congratulations to those of you who have the strength to do so!

I am familiar with the client who wrote the report.
This was a very difficult client in a very difficult case and no matter what our entire office did, we were never able to please this client. Domestic cases are always difficult on the client and domestic clients have a habit (I've noticed) of taking their frustrations out on the staff and attorneys due to the fact that their personal lives are in such turmoil.
Mr. Atkins is a very hard working attorney. I have worked for law firms for over 25 years and have never met a harder working attorney.
