Olan Mills Portrait Studio doesnt deliver pictures as promised Franklin North Carolina

I went to Kmart for the after thanksgiving sale. I just happened to stop by Olan Mills and they had a package available. I set up my appointment for that Saturday and went in with my two girls.

The picture taking went fine, it is what followed that was so unprofessional. I was supposed to pick up my pictures the following tuesday at my scheduled time. I go to get them and they arent there. They tell me it will be tomorrow. I call the next day, no pictures. I call Thursday, no pictures. I call Friday morning and no pictures. They told me to call that evening. I called and they said my pictures were in. I go in and they open the envelope with MY name on it and it is filled with pictures of another family. The lady tells me sorry and she hopes they will be in tomorrow. So we leave because we are on our way out of town. She calls about 15 minutes later and says she finds the pictures. I go back, and she does find some of the pictures, but more than half of the package I ordered is missing. She says, hopefully tomorrow, if not Monday. We will call you and if they arent here Monday I will reorder the package.

I call Monday, no pictures and no reorder of the package. Tues. no pictures, Wed. NO PICTURES!!! I emailed the district manager 3 times now and have gotten one response that said my pictures should have been in Friday. I am so mad! These were my Christmas presents to family members and when you get online, there is no number to call. Just an option to email. Well apparently emailing doesnt work either. Give me a number to call! So today, I am still waiting on pictures, almost a month later......
