Olan Mills Portrait Studio CUSTOMER SERVICE, LOST PICTURES, NO REPLIES! Peachtree City Georgia

We had my daughter's 6 month photos done on July 18(5 weeks ago)! We had these pictures done out-of-town at my in-laws. The actual picture taking went ok. Afterwards, the woman took forever going thru the photos, mostly making those extra one's that we weren't going to by regardless, so pretty much wasting our time. Then I asked her how it worked since we lived out-of-town. Well she never really gave me a straight answer, she said she would have to call and have them ship or something like that. Well I waited until a day or two before the actual pick-up date and called numerous times. Never got an answer! then I went the their website trying to find 800 number but that doesnt exist so I let e-mail, still to this day no response(said it would be 3-4 days for response). So I continued to call and finally someone answered, she told me they don't ship pics directly to home addresses and that they didn't have them @ their store. I was going to have my sister-in-law jsut pick up and bring to me(she was coming to town). They told her that they were being shipped to my home and that they shipped out on July 31. I finally found 800 on this website! So I called and its automated, of course, it told me my pics shipped out on Aug 3(they cant even get the dates right?!) It also stated it took 7-14 days. Thats ridicolus, as much as you pay for these pics they should overnight! But they dont so I waited the 2 weeks, always hoping they would get here in less. So I called 800 number AGAIN(a Monday) and talked to a human she told me it hadn't been 14 days yet, because they dont count weekends and she informed me they should arrive on Thursday. I waited until Thursday, THEY AREN'T HERE! So I called 800 number yet again. The woman told me they should be here and that all she could do is re-order, she couldn't tell me how much longer that would take, but that they would overnight this time around. Hopefully they would be here in two weeks she said. Another 2 weeks? So by then we are looking at 2 MONTHS once we will get our daughters 6 MONTH pics. We have family that doesnt see her that often. Could we please get on our game, Olan Mills??? Olan Mills is supposed to be high-end, well they aren't! They have high-end prices, but thats about it. They are stuffed away in the back of K-Marts and their employees dress in street clothes. Get some professionalism then maybe some customer service would come into place. I will never use these people again, its worth my time and money to get a personal photographer who cares!
