Olan Mills Portrait DO NOT WORK FOR OLAN MILLS!!! Internet

This company is a real joke, that is not funny.....i have been working for olan mills for 1 year now. i just recently had enough. When I began with the company i was very excited, i was going to be able to use my creativeness . Sooo not true, they want you to shoot only what they want and how they want, if you shoot what the customer wants then you are not in control of your studio and out of compliance. We had a DM that was more like a pimp she had 3 ASM's controling each area and she did nothing but give orders and collect. They are constantly changing rules and not for the better, I don't know how many people i have heard call and complain and threaten to call lawyers on them. They bring in so called better people to turn around studios that are so called loosing money, but these people they bring, don't even know how to work the computers!!! They told me that I WAS fired, but one of the ADM's forgot to call me! They snuck in a new manager in my studio on my DAY OFF!! they then said that they would give me another chance with more training...they said my photography was bad, but....the work they were looking at thinking was mine....WASN'T MINE!!! After they found this out, they were going to let me stay on, but drastically cut my hours!! My co-worker has gone on maternity leave, and I feel bad for her, because when she is done she doesn't know she doesn't even have a job!! Another manager is ON maternity leave. but they still have her working from home....they are sick. There is sooo much more, but not even enough space to type it!!! They teach us to lie also, your pics will be in our system for 5 months not 30 days like they say, the pics are not going to be $20 a sheet if you don't get them that day, they are still $12.99!! Do not dare ask for a refund, if you don't like your photos, because you will not get it. Your child or you will not be used in olan mills advertisements, because it almost takes an act of God to get them chosen!! I pray that you look past this company if you see it hiring...even in this economy.
