I took my daughter to get senior pictures done at the Olan Mills in the Huntington mall because they had a special going. We desided to do just her cap and gown.
We walk in everyone was busy taking care of customers. The girl takes her back. She puts her cap and gown on and takes her pictures.
A guy sits down with us to build a packet to sale me. When the pictures pop up on the screen he makes this moaning sound and says "Hhmm I guess these will work."
So As we look at the poses together, I see a pose of just my daughter's wrist. The girl liked her tattoo so she took a picture of it. Out of lets say 10 poses we had 4 we liked.
If I would have been happy with the poses I would have paid $567.00 for everything.
Olan Mills have done our family pictures before and they were awesome, but the pose we chose my daughter doesn't even want to display it and thats sad. I'm so glad they only got me for $17.60.

I worked for olan mills for 6 years and let me tell you that lifetouch bought them out in mid December 2011. Lifetouch separated all olan mills employees by January 2012 and replaced all studios with their own photographers. You got hoodwinked into believing it was olan mills because lifetouch kept the brand name olan mills until late 2014 to lead faithful customers to believe it was olan mills operations. Lifetouch eliminated all olan mills employees from the payroll, photolab, sales reps, photographers, and all levels of their management by mid 2012 and implemented their own employees under the 83 year old olan mills name and just had great difficulty operating like a professional photo company like olan mills. Hopefully this sheds some light on what happened in your previous situation.
