Old American Insurance Company Took preuiems out of Bank, when policy no longer applied. Did not notifiy us. We have paid in $700.00 in that time. Kansas City Missouri

This policy was sold to us over 40 years ago. When $200.00 a month seemed like a lot of money. But the agent talked us into doing it. to protect our family from debt, caused by accident or illness. It does not seem like much now. however When you are raising a family 40 years ago. it was alot. We have filed a claim for my husband, due to a Rotator Cuff repair, or surgery. Who knows when the tear happened. He is 73 . Well they just now tell us it is no accident, and they stopped paying on sickness at 65. Well, no one notifed us this. We were still paying.And no one knows when this tear happened. It was an old tear. We live on a farm. and he does put hay up each year. So it probley happened & he keep irrating it. We could have lied & said he fell off the hay wagon. But we do not lie or commit fraud. We would like our preiums bacl for the last 8 years. I have canceled the policy as of this morning 5/6/08
