Not only is Oliden Rodriguez, Jr. the epidomy of a dead beat dad, he is also a con-man, psychopath and a dangerous man. I am one of his former wives/victims. Women beware of this man, he is a charming, pychopathetic con-man and will take you on the ride of your life. Since our divorce in 1999, he has had a long list of women he has financially devasted, used for their money and credit to help him purchase assets for him in their names - then not paid for them (and he is a convicted felon re: battering women). He is always self-employed, with a trail of corporations he has used over the past 10 years (as an alter ego) to hide his income and assets from the family court system. He has committed tax evasion (hasn't filed tax returns for at least 10 years) and bankruptcy fraud (to avoid incarceration) in his efforts to defeat his child support obligations. AFTER failing at his attempt in the bankruptcy court, a WARRANT HAS BEEN ISSUED FOR HIS ARREST in Broward and Polk County (Florida); where he owes $40,000 for one of his three children). He will tell you that you are the only woman in his life but he has many. He calls them "friends" but I am sorry if he asks you to be his girlfriend and then asks his ex girlfriend, current "friend" who he says has been texting him to go to Denver with him I do not consider myself to be his girlfriend. Beware ladies, but I am sure if you know him well enough to know his full name to Google and come across this that you have already found out he has a short fuse, is quick to throw things in your face, call you names,bring you down and the absences--yes ladies he is seeing other women. Don't believe for a minute he is at the gym or boxing. Someone who spends as much time at the gym as he claims should be in better shape. And does he take you out in public? Or always want to be at his apartment? Why do you think that is? He doesn't want to be seen with you by anyone, it isn't that he LOVES to stay home--because how many times does he go out with his friends without you? Exactly, he isn't a homebody, he is just keeping you away from the others. And believe me there are others--but they can have him:) I would believe everything his ex wife says about him if I were you. This is not a nice man. Read the signs, listen to your instincts, don't let him make you doubt yourself like I did.

Update: Oliden Rodriguez, Jr. will soon be facing the Broward County Family Court Judge for not paying his child support obligations (Writ of Arrest, ordered in November 2007, Case No. 06-008293). Then, he will face another Family Court Judge in Palm Beach County for not paying his child support obligations there (Writ of Arrest, ordered in January 2008, Case No. 04-004766). Hopefully, intervention from the Court system will result in the collection of the support arrears he owes for his children, the awards of attorneys fees and costs incurred to collect the arrearages, and future payments being made to the child support enforcement office as previously ordered.
