I ordered a shirt from this company online and received it a little later. It was the wrong size so I returned it and asked it to be exchanged. I figured it wasn't a big deal and that it shouldn't take too long. I waited a week to check on the status of the return and I did not receive an answer. So I figured they had it under control. When I didn't get an answer the third time I searched for their number on the site, no number. That is common among sites that offer crappy service and don't want to have to deal with it's customers. I asked for them to call me. Instead they wrote this:

If you haven't received your exchange back yet it should ship tomorrow. We do exchanges and returns in batches on Friday. Why? Well I'm not really sure why, but it's a slow day and that's when they get done. Maybe we should try and do them everyday. Yes maybe we should. But then again there's nothing like beer friday and betting drinks on whether the next package is going to be a return or an exchange. You see we team up and we take a package and one team guesses and the loser has to pack it and the winner gets a drink. Yes, fun times at PalmerCash!

I thought well that's cool make work fun, good concept. That is until no work is getting done and me the customer has to wait extra long. Well I'm a patient individual and don't mind DMV lines, so I waited and waited and then some more. Then I wrote back, no response and again no response. Then I called no answer so I left a message checking up on the status of my exchange. Two weeks later I get this by e-mail:

Scott,
Because of your annoying behavior we have taken the liberty of charging you a $125.97 annoyance fee. It should appear on your credit card within 3 days.
It states clearly in our terms of service page that overly bothersome customers will be charged this fee. If you would like you can read about it on our site on our policies page. Your shirt may or may not ship depending.

Wow, I thought they have to be kidding but they were not kidding. I have given up dealing with this for it has cost me to much time and effort. I hope by writing this that report will help prevent further crimes.
PalmerCash, give us money and we will give you a hard time.
