12/16/07 bought a dark age of camelot account from Oloot.com
12/16/07 received telephone call verifying payment received and my contact information
12/18/07 received a email with promised information but it is all bogus
no working account password, no working secret word, nothing at all.
12/18/07 received a cut and paste responce that the account managers will look into it.
12/20/07 still have not received any information back from said account managers.

12/22/07 received an email saying they would forward it to an account manager, after re-sending multiple emails daily to this company. Usual cut and paste BS about forwarding it to someone else within the company.
