Olshan Atlanta Foundation Repair Supposedly fixed foundation with lifetime warranty Norcross Georgia

In 2005 before I bought my house, the former owners had Olshan come out and do a Cable Lock System repair on the foundation. They were given a liftetime warranty that is transferrable to the new owner. The only problem is I can not find anyone to honor the warranty. It appears the Georgia office is now closed.

I spoke with the Nashville office because Madison Tn appears on the contract. They told me the work was done in Georgia and they don't do work in Georgia. They said each office is independently owned and operated.

I contacted the Better Business Burea in Atlanta. They gave me the number of the Houston office, which is supposed to be the main office. When I called Houston, they said they are only responsible for work done from their office. All over the internet, it refers you to Houston.

My house is falling in. The bricks have pulled away from the outside of the house. The floors and walls all have cracks in them. I paid Home Depot over a $1,000 to install a new front door. Now it will not even open and close, because there is a hugh crack in the wall beside it.

The guy that owned this house before paid them $10,000, which I don't have to pay another company. I don't know what to do. I am afraid my house will fall in around me.
