Omega Auto Sales, Inc. 1400 In Car Repair... Stero System Ripped Out... "response" Not My Problem. Milton Vermont

So... I brought my car to Omega Auto Sales, Inc. In Milton Vermont because I had a long history with the mechanic there. He had been working on this car for me.... for years.... infact I bought it from the previous shop he worked for.

So.... Let me get to my story.... I need a new motor for my vehicle. The repair took... oh lets say 2weeks or so... Fine.... Great....

I go to pick my car up and my (atleas) $1000, Stereo System is gone..................... No Sign of FORCED entry, no windows broke..... nothing..... I go in to the shop.... and speak with "Chuck" the manager... and his responce was "well its not our problem".. I asked him where it said they weren't respoinsible... "well... there use to be a sign up somewhere".....

Their parking lot has at least 50 cars on it, most for sale, My my 1999 Ply. Breeze, JUST SO HAPPENS to have a nice stereo that goes "missing"........

Either someone at this shop took it, or you left my vehicle open. Either way....you are respoinsible. Needless to say....called the "Milton PD" Filled report, Asked Chuck to speak with the owner John MaCrae and William "Bill" Harrington and please get back to me. This was all Friday Feb 6, 2009.

Today is Tuesday so i called again, and chuck says he spoke to them and they aren't going to deal with it. "Too Bad" for me. So Now....to court it is.
