 Monday July 9 Roanoke Times Posted an Ad for warehouse positions,the ad stated"Hiring for all positions","Large corporation needing all kinds of help.Delivery drivers,forklift help and clerical help.Company vehicle furnished.Must be 18 or older,neat appearance.Make around 16.50/hour average".Call for an immediate interview,ask for Mike.(540)389-6904.
Problem is," this is false advertisement",there are no forklifts,there is no legal wage pay and there are no clerical positions offered at interview.  Starting with wage,"there is no 16.50 wage earning possibility,with this jackleg company you only get paid by commission,if you don't make a sale of their meat products you don't make any money to be paid. There is no government hourly wage by this company,how this company gets away with this is beyond me,again" no hourly wage"! no sale,  on pay!.The warehouse is no more than a storage place for bad kept refrigeration units that are placed manually in the worst kept vans to transport meat for sales, and gas is supplied, not by the company but, by the driver!,so if the driver doesn't make a sale,and since the company doesn't have a legal state government hourly wage,the driver and his team mate make no money and the gas will not be reembursed by the company.they both loose money trying to make money! .Drivers and riders are paid  in cash at the sale of the companies meat product . Cash!,no direct deposit? no company check?,and the list go'es on and on,under table pay works fine for the company,but for the employee,no company benefits,no social security,no credit.None of this Ad was true,I was offered a "Delivery drivers position",Mike the manager  told me on 7/10/2012 that 300 warehouse positions had been filled,but he had delivery positions open.There are no 300 warehouse people,because there is no warehouse,it is a refrigeration unit storage place,no 16.50 hourly pay, no company benefits package,no forklifts, no delivery driver only positions,so what am I to?,there is more,but for now,This Ad was a sinful lie!by paying cash,no gov.tax worry,no insurance  
,and no promotion worries!How do they get away with this? how can I get them?
