OMG Tech Support Paid money for yearly suscription - now they have been closed down by the FCC- Paid through May of 2015= $249.00 Internet

I was contacted by a pop- up window on the 23rd of january 2015 by another scam company called Global Access Tech Support.855-491-2541

They made it look like my Internet provider had sent the pop- up.

They scared me half to death thinking bad people were  into my bank account. Kept saying this is very bad m'am

 Took over 3 hours to fix  I signed on with them and then later realized my HUGE mistake.

I cancelled that within hours (8:00 p.m. exactly), same day,  and have already disputed it with my bank.

Gloal Access is supposed to call me back within 2 hours. My computer in e-mail can no longer use the send button; as it is hidden somewhere. 

Today, January the 26th - I went to call OMG to have them fix my computer.

They have been helpful in the past- but take hours and sometimes days to fix something. 

I found that they had been shut down by the FCC on November 19th of 2014.

I have paid them over $500 or more over the last 2 years. My current membership is supposed to be good through May of

2015. I would like to know who to contact to get all or partial refund of my monies from OMG!

I feel pretty confident that this Global Access Tech Support will be resloved, either with them or my bank.
