I was a fellow employee at Omni Credit - until I got fed up with there tactics , threatening abusive language , manager Kerry murphy runs the wanna be collection department - she leaves threatening messages on peoples phones and claims her name is Rhonda . Her co-partner and other office manager is Jay Mancini - with his Boston accent - this company has fraud written all over it .... they purchase past accounts from alltell , macy's , Lane bryant , and other credit card company and then harasse the potential last phone number they have, call your job and home 5-6 times a day .

They hire anyone they can - non season collectors that know the laws . Someone get an atty and file suite ............... p.s there compliance manager is jeff -- ask to speak with him , and get the owners name and call home office .....
