Omni Dual Saw7850 Will not honor paying redemtion certificate, wil not give service, makes promises but dies not follow through. Van Nuys, California

Ordered in December 09 a dual saw by telephone, by mistake, a second one I ordered via internet (which I thought I had cancelled). Dual Saw assured me only one saw was being ordered and shipped, I received two and wascharged for two. I contacted the Company and requested information on returning one saw. They offered a $100.00 "redemtion certificate" for other stores if I would keep the second saw which I accepted. To date (April 16th) that has not happened, I have contacted the Company Eight times either by telephone or email. They always promise to follow through but never do. Always at each phone call they try to sell me more product.

I am convinced that this Company will not refund or follow through on their promises. I found on the California BBB site a report giving Omni Dual Saw an "F" rating which is the lowest rating available.

I strongly recommend that before doing business with this Company the individual does their homework. I most certainly would not have done business with them If I had.
