This is a copy of the email that went to Omni Support as well as to my bank after the fraud took place.

You have a scam going and this is fraud. This began  at 5pm on March 5, 2013 when I telephoned Microsoft support who transferred me to your office which was unknown to me as I was under the impression that they were transferring me to MS support not Marc Habermans scam game.

I copied the entire chat session with your alleged tech and the game was on when it came to pricing the repair which began as a simple question.can I uninstall MS 2010 and not affect MS 2003 as I did not want to lose all the emails in my Outlook. The amount of the charge started at $250 and negotiating down ended at $99.99. Obvious the game your company plays. (I have a copy of that negotiation)

At that time with a request from the first tech, I permitted him and the following tech that requested access to my computer and since I did not look away from the computer for one moment, I actually caught your second tech opening my private files (which are clearly titled and it was obvious what he was doing). I immediately took control of the desktop and opened a word doc and wrote to him to STAY OUT OF MY PRIVATE FILES. He said he was searching for a particular file, but why in my documents? And when I told him to go to the start button and type in whatever he was searching for he said ok. What is going on with Marc Habermans company?  Is he aware of what his employees are doing? It was also obvious that this tech had absolutely no clue as to what to do to repair the issue. He spent almost 4 hours doing nothing and then he accidently shut off my computer and everything was lost and my 2003 Outlook did not open again. I had to employ a local IT person who heads up a major communications companys IT Dept and when I explained what your two techs did he was appalled and agreed with me on everything I wrote above.

A few minutes after your tech shut off my computer and disconnected I received a telephone call from your company with a man apologizing profusely and promising me that a high tech person would call me the next morning at 10am EST and resolve the issue in no time. I never received a call which is the second reason for the charge back. That was at 11am on March 6, 2013, and you did not respond until 6:24PM that evening as shown below.

I wrote an email and told your company that I was done and that it cost me more money to actually have a real professional repair the issue which took minutes not hours. The bank where my card is held has been informed to charge back the rip off you charged me for making my computer worse and using 4 hours of my time and I should charge your company for my hourly rate for sitting for 4 hours watching your techs do nothing and make the issue worse.

I am done with your company, this is my last email to you. You can however relate to Marc Haberman that his company will now be coming under investigation for fraud and theft. If you continue to harass me and this fraudulent amount of money you charged me is not credited back NOW, I will seek legal counsel.

I am also reporting this to their local District Attorney's office as this falls under internet theft. I would suggest anyone else who has fallen under their illegal guise does the same.

We are suspicious that this post has been made by a competitor who cannot and will not match our quality

First off, this (conveniently) anonymous post is totally without merit.  We are suspicious that this post has been made by a competitor who cannot and will not match our quality (We are a Gold-Certified Microsoft Partner), our low prices, or our integrity (We are rated A+ by the Better Business Bureau and have been for years).
Microsoft never transferred this caller to us.  We record every call and every keystroke of every chat, so we can prove that what this person alleges has absolutely zero basis in fact.
If this person did, indeed, purchase any services from us, our policy is to refund legitimate customers right away, per our contractual terms with them, if they are unsatisfied in any way.  All we need is his name.
