Complaint Review: Omnisure Group - Nationwide

Omnisure Group I purchased a warranty contract in August 2016. I have never needed the service until yesterday. I pay $170.00 per month for a service that I have NEVER used. My car broke down while out of town. I contacted Omnisure to find out what I needed to do. They were closed for the day. I took my car to a National Chain Auto Repair shop to have the car fixed. Today I contacted Omnisure to let them know that I had repair done and what next step was. WOW, I never made it to finding out what the next step was before I was assaulted by their Customer Service TEAM. This is NOT an ethical company NOR should they be allowed to continue to take peoples money and provide the promise of service. Chicago Nationwide

I contacted Omnisure to find out what I needed to do. They were closed for the day. I took my car to a National Chain Auto Repair shop to have the car fixed. Today I contacted Omnisure to let them know that I had repair done and what next step was. WOW, I never made it to finding out what the next step was before I was assaulted by their Customer Service TEAM. The first representative hung up on me, I called back and the second person Brittany did same when I asked to speak to a manager. Then I called back and spoke with Vanessa who called me ***** because I insisted on speaking with a manager only at that point. So I called Omnisure back and spoke with CSM Tracy, after speaking with rude Qwendolyn. She explain that they only take the money but Lori the CSM from Dealer Services would call me. I waited and called back asking to speak with Lori, the CSM. They stated there was no Lori, CSM and the madness started all over again. WOW, amazed that this company is in business when there first contact with the public is down right RUDE and disrespectful on every level. Needless to say I finally got the sort of rude lady, Jeanie, who provided half information. I need to fax and email something for a possible reimbursement if they approve it because I did not follow the policy to call in first to get an approval on the repair when they were closed and unavailable. Are you kidding me? This company clearly takes peoples money, never provides the services and unable to assist on any level. They need to be investigated by the authorities, as many people have claimed that they have been RIPPED OFF. This is NOT an ethical company NOR should they be allowed to continue to take peoples money and provide the promise of service.

Omnisure only processes payments. They don’t sell policies (or anything for that matter) or have anything to do with the claims process. It is very possible the poster of the comment did not actually speak with Omnisure Group as all calls are monitored, and Omnisure strives to operate with the highest customer service.

Furthermore, the service rep could only have provided assistance with making a payment or changing payment method from automatic to manual. For anything else, the rep would have referred the customer to the appropriate party. It is far more likely the customer called a different party (there are several contact numbers provided with the informational material). The representatives names are not current or former Omnisure employees, but there are employees of clients with those names.
