On Duty Pest Control ; Manager Curtis Warren, cell # 281-924-6205 Rude, and fails to call back as promised. Goes behind my back to continue service. Sugar Land Texas

First appointment for extermination services on my new home was cancelled. Reschedualed for second appointment for 3pm... the technician show up 2 hrs early and calls and insists we come now! I was on premise at 3pm (the appointed

time) and was accused of being late. The tech who seemed inexperience then treated the outside (via preinstalled tubing in the walls) and garage but failed to treat the inside!

Within 2 days, kitchen was overrun w/ sugar ants.

Manager Curtis Warren then wanted to retreat w/ gells and bait traps!! This is not  desirable for my new home. Requested from Mr Warren to be released from my contract. This is when he schedualled a tech to come and retreat by schedualling w/ my wife, when I made it clear to him that I am not interested in further exteminating business w/ them! After talking w/ him several time to remove me from the contract, his promises to look into it and return a call never happened.

First treatment was incomplete. Tech was rude and didn't appear to know his products to treat the premises.
