WARNING !!! North Texas residents in general, and the residents specifically of , Little Elm, Hackberry, Frisco, Allen, McKinney, Oak Point, Lakewood Village, Aubrey, The Colony, Cross Roads , Lincoln Park, Corinth, Hickory Creek, Lake Dallas, and Denton, Texas.
A Landscape Maintenance Company named On Hand Lawn Care of Little Elm Texas, owned and operated by one John C. Blythe claims to have been in business since 1996 and that could well be; however, The State of Texas shows no company by the afore mentioned name registered , now or ever as a Texas Corporation, LLC or even a Sole Proprietorship.

On their bills, they claim to collect sales tax for the Town of Little Elm, where On Hand Lawn Care is located, but the Town of Little Elm does not levy ANY sales tax on any business located there -PERIOD. The State of Texas does, but your company must be registered with them as a Corporation, LLC or Sole Proprietorship to be issued a Sales Tax Remittance Account. Since On Hand Lawn Care is not registered with The State of Texas, they have no such account which begs the question: what has this company been doing with the sales tax revenue it collects from their customers these last thirteen (13) years???

What this means plain and simple is this is just another "fly by night company" masquerading as a legitimate company operating out of a private residence, with no liability insurance, and unscreened employees.
New in town in 2004, and being the trusting individuals we are, we never bothered to check this company out, before hiring them to do our landscaping, which turned out to be a BIG MISTAKE!! Subsequently, we were forced to let this company go in June 2005 due to what we considered sub-standard work. We also withheld $45.00 from their last bill due to same.

Almost immediately we started receiving hang up phone calls in the middle of the night, food such as pizza being delivered we had not ordered. As time went on the harassment escalated to anonymous calls to my wife's supervisor telling him we didn't pay our bills, On Hand Lawn Care vehicles driving by our home at all hours beeping their horn, our vehicles being keyed, outside Christmas Decorations mysteriously disappearing and hundreds of dollars worth of un ordered magazines and books being delivered to our home.

Finally we went to the local Police which resulted in the owner of On Hand Lawn Care, John C. Blythe being arrested in March 2006 on the Felony Charge of Fraudulent Possession and Use of Identifying Information(AKA Attempted Identity Theft).

Somehow, Mr. Blythe managed to beat the charges and resumed, even to this day, nearly four (4) years later, harassing and stalking our family., but he and his friends are much more careful now and seem to operate "under the radar" of the local Police. We have had to install thousands of dollars worth of surveillance equipment and may have to hire Private Security to keep this Psychopath and his pals away from our family.

Also, we recently discovered Mr. Blythe owns and operates another business named Holly Jolly Lighting, which operates during the winter holiday's as a lighting decoration service. Same story, no record of this company exists or ever has existed with the State of Texas as a Texas Corporation, LLC or Sole Proprietorship.
