USAPhotoNation.com blatantly illegal and fraudulent dealer Online Internet

I placed an order online for a Canon 30D Camera.

In the description it clearly stated there was a $100 Canon rebate and a link to the Canon rebate form was there.

However, I recieved an e-mail later saying I need to call and confirm my order. I call and I get a rude sales guy that tells me that the rebate is already included in the price (but he still wants to charge me the higher price). He then proceeds to tell me that this is not the Canon 30D camera that it is some plastic camera with a different sensor. This is not the way it was in the description, and so they are blatantly falsely advertising.

When you call they will try to sell you the real camera at about 3 times the price. When I said no, that this is not what I agreed to buy he tried to charge me a fee to cancel my order if I don't buy anything from him.

What puzzles me most is how did they get any positive feedback (on some sites they ddid have positive feedback). I think they must have doctored it.

They are the most blatantly illegal company I have seen on the web in a while. I printed out the desecription sheet and kept it as evidence. If I had time to sue they would probably go to jail for this, I ended up having to change my credit card number so they would stop charging me random fees that I needed to dispute with the card company.

So, if you want to go through all this hassle and have to change your card number once they have it, by all means try to order from them.. see what happens to you.

ShopcartUSA.com is affiliated with them also. Stay away from that site. All the cheapest dealers on there I think are all this same company!

The only reason I don't post my full info here is because these guys are so illegal I am scared of them.
