After their first charge of $39.99 back in June, I got another two fraudulent charges of $59.99 each from them. Though dispute on the first $39.99 charge was finalized and i got the refund, I just received a letter from my credit card company with classiccloseouts.com's response claiming the first $59.99 charge was legitimate. My situation is the same as another consumer:

quote from another consumer:
'''
Here it is Oct. 29, 2008 and I receive a letter from my credit card company stating that Classic Closeouts states that the charge for $69.99 is valid. The enclosed information states that I signed up for a frequent shopper club through ThirdFREE.com, a sister company to Classic Closeouts. I have never heard of this site or the frequent shopper club. I never would have authorized a charge for $69.99 for this type of service. They state they will not refund the charge because 'the customer specifically physically selected which program they desired to enroll.' Bogus! I did no such thing.
'''

The said the invitation to joint the club was sent out by email and they attached a copy of the invitation message. They probably forged the page: the page even listed 3 level of membership: $39.99, $59.99, $79.99. How clever! A simple web search tells me at least 3 people also got $69.99 charges from them - how do they explain that? It's very unlikly that they mistyped 59.99 as 69.99 because they also listed the time of the charges (meaning they had their credit card statments at hand), and one got 79.99 charge as well. Classiccloseouts.com's letter also claims it was a one-time membership fee, then how do they explain they charged me three times, with those two $59.99 charges within one month on the same credit card statment?!
