I did everything required to submit rebate, got confirmation number, printed rebate form and mailed submission with THEIR mailing label. Envelope was returned 12 days later as undeliverable with no forward. They insisted in their paperwok that you must use the label they provided.

After several attempts to email company, got a reply email instructing they could not help me with this matter and to call an 800 number (automated help line) that was of no help. Seems to me as if they do not want to give me my rebate. Saw that others reporting this to ripoffreport.com got some satisifaction, hopefully I will also.
