I have over payed Michael Vertone 95.75 dollars. He has not return my phone calls or return my money. It has been almost a month. He call the day before the job and said he lost his credit card and ask me to pay for the lift so he could cut my trees. He said he would give me the difference back at the end of the job. The lift cost 753.75 what i owe him at end of the job is 658.00 making an over payment of 95.75 dollars. All i want is my money

this money was refunded by check everytime she called i answered and explained to her that i was on a job out of area and that i would have her money returned to her as soon as i got home at a normal time explaining to her that i was going to refund her money and that seeing how i lived less then 5 minutes away that i would bring it to her which i did a couple days later so with that being said and after talking to the author of this reoort she has asked the editor in an email that this be removed so far it hasnt and it needs to be
