ON TIME Garage Door (Issac-manager & Javier -tech) Bait & Switch, Dishonest, Unreliable, Thieves!! coral springs, coconut creek Florida

 first contacted On Time Garae Doors after finding them on a search engine when I entered Garage door companies in coconut creek. I needed a garage motor installed. I was told by the manager Issac that it would cost me approx. $350 when the service guy came and installed it, he tells me it will be $500 because the job was harder than he expected. Granted this is a new home that hadnt had anything to remove. I paid it!

A few months later I was having problems with the tracking. The service guy Javier told me I needed to replace all 10 wheels to nylon wheels. I was told each wheel was 40 bucks.I went ahead and did it because I was afraid the door was going to come crashing down.

When he finished he gave me a bill for $700 (10 wheels and labor) I argued that that was insane but he said the work was already done. He didnt take credit cards and told me they dont accept checks. I told him the guy that installed the motor only took checks. He then tells me to make it out to cash then and said if my neighbors had problems to call him not the company. I was a fool and gave him the check for $700 but made out to On Time Garage Doors. I immedialtely called the office to ask if this was ligite. The manager Issac told me he would look into it. 2 months later Im still waiting. I tried putting a stop on the check but banks were closed and it was cashed the next morning.

Almost 2 weeks ago on a Wednesday while opening the garage door the chain snapped in half and came flying at my head. I called the company immediately, I made an appt for that day. They never showed up. I called them was told someone would call me back. Never happened.

I called the next day, set up an appt. They never showed up! after calling many times thru out the day, I was told someone would call me back, Never happened. Next day, I am told they can not come out due to the jewish holiday (that holiday was a week prior) so Javier says ok I will come Friday, Never showed up!

I called the next day, yelling for someone to keep their appts so the manager Issac says hes coming out on Sunday, he called me to tell me he would be on time. Never showed up!

Next day, When I called Issac said he didnt show up because he was looking for my warranty. Why not call me??? I made another appt which they never showed up for. I was told the chain was not covered under the warranty and that it would cost me $120 for the chain and $75 for labor. I was tired of giving these people any more of my time and money.

I decided to call another company to see how much they charge for 10 nylon wheels and labor, I was quoted by 2 companies $106. Both companies told me they over charged me by $600 and that I shouldnt let it go. I had one of those companies fix the chain and track. They also told me of a company of "Jewish men" going around charging alot of money for their services. I want my money back or most of it and I want this company stopped.
