On 8-1 I requested my service provider to add service to a new address and turn off the service at the ********, Watauga, Tx address on 8-15-12. On 8-2-12 Oncor shut off the power at the old address. When I called Stream to have it reestablished they sent a request to Oncor at 3:09 pm. My wife has seizures and my son is asthmatic and being without electric could be life threatening in both cases. After several calls to Oncor they informed me that they had a disconnect order from 10-25-11. However I have billing from Stream dating back to well before that date and billing since that date all paid in full with a credit of $139.00 and was notified by Stream that they sent a reconnect order the same day. Oncor said they had a report from the field service tech that the fence was to high and locked and they could not reconnect the power. However they have been able to read my meter since that date with no problem and had no problem disconnecting the power on 8-02-12. Oncor has lied to me and to Stream and willfully endangered the life of my wife and son and is fabricating this story inorder to justify disconnecting my power during a heat advisory. It seams as though there is no recourse for the consumer to protect itself from abuses of power by Oncor and ERCOT. I ask that this matter be investigated before Oncor is allowed to ad additional charges or fees to my account. I ask that a public defender be appointed to defend me against this abuse and no retaliation be taken until this is resolved and that Oncor be froced to meet the same evedentiary rules as a court of law and burden of proof be on Oncor beyond a reasonable doubt not on the accused
